Tharanga, a seasoned national tour guide in Sri Lanka, has extensive experience leading groups and providing memorable travel experiences. Over the years, he frequently shared his insights and ideas with his long-time friend Wenura, a fellow university graduate. Their conversations often revolved around improving the quality of tourism services in Sri Lanka. Drawing on their combined expertise in business and tourism, they identified shortcomings in the current industry model that prevent tourists from receiving exceptional service. Together, they envisioned a solution: introducing technology to enhance transparency and elevate the travel experience, implemented gradually and thoughtfully.
To bring this vision to life, Wenura reached out to Dharshana, a tourism veteran with roots in the industry dating back to the late 1990s. Known for his reliability and extensive automotive expertise, Dharshana had worked with renowned Japanese vehicle manufacturers and built a vast network of connections across Sri Lanka. The trio convened to discuss their ideas and laid the foundation for an organization committed to delivering a superior travel experience in Sri Lanka.
